We also recommend that you read our “Terms and Conditions,” which specify the terms and stipulations that bind you before using any of DoctorAI’s platforms, products, or services.
DoctorAI Ltd will collect only the necessary data needed to operate, adapt, and improve its services, products, and platforms. This section pertains to users who subscribe to the DoctorAI mobile app and visitors of the website www.doctoraicompany.com.
Chapter 2: Data Collected
For website visitors:
By visiting our website available at www.doctoraicompany.com, we inform our website visitors that our website use cookies to help us understand how you interact with our website, data such as visitors count, page views, visits duration, traffic origin (i.e.: device, browser type, links, timing, etc.… ), and geographical location (i.e.: IP address) are collected to maintain astable website performance, and improve the visitor’s experience on next visits.
For service and product users:
By installing the DoctorAI application from mobile stores (e.g., Play Store or Apple Store) on your device for the first time and starting the sign-in process, the DoctorAI application will ask you to provide your email address and country of residency to create your user profile and login credentials. Registration is a one-time process.
- On-device Permissions:
The list of permissions required by the mobile application to run on your device includes access to Wi-Fi/cellular connection, camera, gallery, location, microphone, storage, and reception of notifications among others; Depending on your mobile device (i.e.: iOS or Android) or platforms you may restrict DoctorAI application to access some data but note that to explore all features offered by the services and products inside the DoctorAI application, you will need to grant all the required permissions allowing the DoctorAI to run smoothly on your device. - User information:

DoctorAI Ltd will collect your name, date of birth, and email address to build your account profile as a login credential and inform you about account-related activities, such as account creation notifications, suspicious login attempts, or account recovery.
Your payment data:
DoctorAI Ltd offers subscription credits, which are accessed through a paid subscription. You will need to provide your payment card information to the payment gateways Apple Pay and Google Pay, which we currently use. Through these gateways, we aim to secure your transactions, process any reimbursements, and avoid retaining your information.
Contact us 24/7:
Inside the DoctorAI mobile application, we have provided different options for contacting us: (1) Ask for support, (2) Query on billing, or (3) Suggest improvement. During the interactions, our support team may occasionally ask you to provide some of your data. This will be solely done for processing your inquiries, providing any support possible, improving services, and directly communicating (e.g., updates related to the user’s query); Your shared data is not retained, and will be erased after your queries have been completed.
Note that deleting your account is a permanent action that cannot be undone and will result in the removal of your account information (i.e., name, date of birth, email, and your subscription credits) from both your devices and our servers. All chats, starred messages will be permanently lost. This step is irreversible, and your data will be lost forever.

DoctorAI Ltd, through its services, products, and platforms, is strictly bound to respect, preserve, and protect its users’ data privacy by avoiding collecting and tracking unnecessary or unconsented data through interactions with its services and products, as mentioned below:
The Artificial Intelligence assistant:
DoctorAI, also provides an E-Library for healthcare professionals, proposes a textual based question- ready-for-answer platform for healthcare professionals to learn, maintain, educate, update their knowledge across various medical fields depending on Level of training (professional vs. Associate/technical), Field of practice(medicine, nursing, dentistry, allied health, diagnostics, public health), and Scope of responsibility (autonomous practitioner vs. support role), and according to International Standard Classification (ISCO-08 / ISCO-22) with according to the university degree or higher education(e.g.: Medical Doctors, Nursing and Midwifery Professionals, Dentists, Pharmacists, Allied Health Professionals or other such as Psychologists, Audiologists, Optometrists, and Public health specialists, and other healthcare professionals. Your chat history is only stored locally on your device and will be lost when you delete your mobile device app or log out of our web application. To continually improve the quality of our service and to monitor unusual activities or errors, we may log into the questions you submit to us through the feedback button. This data collection allows us to promptly identify and address any issues, ensuring that we provide the most accurate and effective assistance possible. We still recommend not inserting PII data, or Personally Identifiable Information, which is any data that can be used to identify a specific individual, either directly or indirectly through names.
Chapter 4: Third-party service data

DoctorAI Ltd works with third-party service providers such as Apple Pay and Google Paypayment channels. DoctorAI Ltd only collects payment card info as stated above in the “Datacollected” section. By collecting payment card info, DoctorAI ensures that the payment processis secure, not misused, and knows the right user to whom we provide payment services.DoctorAI Ltd encourages its third-party service providers to ensure that such information isaccurate, and their way of operation conforms to the applicable law.
Chapter 5: Changes of Executive & Acquisition
In any context that drives DoctorAI Ltd to change its executive through acquisition, merger, or bankruptcy, we will take the responsibility to inform you about these changes, and the information you have shared with DoctorAI Ltd in the contexts mentioned earlier will be transferred to the new executive.
Chapter 6: Updates & Changes
As DoctorAI Ltd grows and expands, these stipulations highlighted here may be prone to updates or modifications. We will take responsibility to notify all our users once changes are made and request new consent from users.
