By visiting our website available at www.doctoraicompany.com, we inform our website visitors that our website use cookies to help us understand how you interact with our website, data such as visitors count, page views, visits duration, traffic origin (i.e.: device, browser type, links, timing, etc.… ), and geographical location (i.e.: IP address) are collected to maintain astable website performance, and improve the visitor’s experience on next visits.

For service and product users:
By installing the DoctorAI application from mobile stores (e.g., Play Store or Apple Store) on your device for the first time and starting the sign-in process, the DoctorAI application will ask you to provide your email address and country of residency to create your user profile and login credentials. Registration is a one-time process.

DoctorAI Ltd, through its services, products, and platforms, is strictly bound to respect, preserve, and protect its users’ data privacy by avoiding collecting and tracking unnecessary or unconsented data through interactions with its services and products, as mentioned below:

The Artificial Intelligence assistant:
DoctorAI, also provides an E-Library for healthcare professionals, proposes a textual based question- ready-for-answer platform for healthcare professionals to learn, maintain, educate, update their knowledge across various medical fields depending on Level of training (professional vs. Associate/technical), Field of practice(medicine, nursing, dentistry, allied health, diagnostics, public health), and Scope of responsibility (autonomous practitioner vs. support role), and according to International Standard Classification (ISCO-08 / ISCO-22) with according to the university degree or higher education(e.g.: Medical Doctors, Nursing and Midwifery Professionals, Dentists, Pharmacists, Allied Health Professionals or other such as Psychologists, Audiologists, Optometrists, and Public health specialists, and other healthcare professionals. Your chat history is only stored locally on your device and will be lost when you delete your mobile device app or log out of our web application. To continually improve the quality of our service and to monitor unusual activities or errors, we may log into the questions you submit to us through the feedback button. This data collection allows us to promptly identify and address any issues, ensuring that we provide the most accurate and effective assistance possible. We still recommend not inserting PII data, or Personally Identifiable Information, which is any data that can be used to identify a specific individual, either directly or indirectly through names.
